দুপুরে হেভি খাওয়াদাওয়া হলো। খালু সাহেব অফিসে যান নি। সবাই মিলে একসঙ্গে খাওয়া। শুনলাম কয়েকদিন ধরেই তিনি অফিসে যাচ্ছেন না। তাঁর যে শরীর খারাপ তাও না। তবে চোখে ভরসা হারানো দৃষ্টি। হড়বড় করে অকারণে কথা বলে যাচ্ছেন। পৃথিবীর সবচে’স্বদু খাবার কী- এই বিষয়ে দীর্ঘ বক্তৃতা দিলেন। তাঁর মতে হরিয়াল পাখির মাংস পৃথিবীর সবচে’স্বাদু খাবার। কারণ এই পাখি বটফল খায়, মাছ খায় না। হরিয়াল পাখি কীভাবে রান্না করতে হয় সেই রেসিপিও দিলেন। সব পাখির মাংসে রসুন বেশি নাগে, হরিয়ালের ক্ষেত্রে লাগে না। কারণ এই পাখির শরীরেই রসুনটাইপ গন্ধ। নার্ভাস মানুষরা নার্ভাসনেস কাটাতে অকারণে কথা বলে। খালু সাহেব কোনো কারণে নার্ভাস। ঘটনা কিছু একটা অবশ্যই আছে, তা যাথাসময়ে জানা যাবে।

আয়না মজিদ নামের এক কুখ্যাত সন্ত্রাসী মনে করে হিমুকে নেওয়া হয়েছে রিমান্ডে। হিমু সেখান থেকে কিভাবে পালালো,কিভাবেই বা আয়না মজিদ ধরা পড়লো এই নিয়েই এই কাহিনী। হাসি,কান্না,ভয়,ভক্তি অলৌকিক কার্যকলাপ সবরকমই আছে এই বইয়ে,তবে হাসিই বেশি। এই বই পড়লে মন খারাপের লেশমাত্র থাকার কথা নয়। আপাদমস্তক মন ভালো করে দেয়ার গল্প। হিমুর গল্প পড়ে আমরা যেন প্রত্যেকেই একটা করে হিমু হয়ে যেতে চাই।

The real name of Himu character is Himalaya. This name was given by his father. The author describes Himur's father as a deranged man; Who believed that if doctors and engineers can be made with training, then it is possible to make great men in the same way. He built a school for making great men whose only student was his son Himu.

Himu's dress is a pocketless yellow Punjabi. The color of the dress was chosen as yellow as the color of yellow bairag. One of his activities is to wander aimlessly in the streets of Dhaka city. The novel often reveals his spiritual power. Although Himu himself does not acknowledge any of his spiritual powers.

Himu's behavior is confusing. His reactions to various situations confuse others, and creating this confusion is one of Himu's most favorite works. Ignoring love falls into Himu's religion. No Maya has been able to overwhelm him in any novel. Trapped in magic, he disappears. Himu novels usually have some of Himu's devotees who consider Himu to be a great man. Himur's half-brother Badal is one of them. Mess manager or hotel owner- some more such fan characters are seen in almost all the novels.

He is also seen in some books as having good relations with various terrorists and murderers. Himu has a girlfriend named Rupa; Around him, the mystery revolves around Himu's novel. Himu is a popular and fictional novel created by Humayun Ahmed, a Bangladeshi novelist. Himura's first novel, Mayurakshi, was published in the nineties. After the initial success, Himu's character began to appear in various novels by Humayun Ahmed in isolation. Himu and Missy Ali are two of the most popular fictional characters created by Humayun Ahmed. Indifferent Himu greatly inspired the Bengali youth of the first decade of the twenty-first century.
